Ingredients
- Sprouted Groundnuts 1 cup
- Desi ghee 1 cup
- Sugar 300 gm
- Milk 2 lts
- Dry Fruits (Roasted and cut) 4 tbsp
Method
- Grind sprouts with 2 cups milk and strain.
- Grind again with remaining milk and strain.
- Mix this milk with rest of the milk.
- Keep on fire. Keep stirring from time to time.
- When mixture reduces to half add sugar. Stir slowly.
- Heat ghee and add 1tsp at a time.
- Fry till it leaves the sides of the pan.
- Add dry fruits.
- Set in a plate and cut pieces.
