- Makhana 100 gm
- Desi Ghee 200 gm
- Sugar 200 gm
- Milk 200 ml
- Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
- Almonds (few, roasted and cut)
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee. Fry makhanas. Let them cool and then powder them.
- Heat rest of the ghee and fry makhana powder on low flame.
- Mix milk and sugar.
- Slowly add to the makhana powder stirring well.
- Remove from gas When it starts leaving the sides of the pan.
- Add cardamom powder and nuts.
