Ingredients
- Dates (khajoor) 1cup
- Cashewnuts 1 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Condensed Milk 1 cup
- Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
- Saffron 2 pinches
- Ghee 3 tbsp
Method
- Roast cashew nuts (kaju) and dates in 1 tbsp ghee separately.
- Add milk with dates and coat till tender.
- Make smooth paste. Add cardamom powder and kesar.
- Heat ghee, roast dates paste, add condensed milk and sugar.
- Add 3/4th cashew nuts (kaju). Cook till it leaves the side of the pan.
- Set in a flat dish. Sprinkle 1/4th cashews on the surface.
- When set cut into pieces.
