Ingredients
- Kuttu Flour 200 gm
- Potatoes 2 (boiled, peeled and mashed)
- Ajwain 1/2 tsp
- Sendha Namak to taste
- Oil 1 tbsp
Method
- Mix all items well and knead smooth dough with the help of water.
- Make small balls and roll like thick chapati.
- Shallow fry on hot girdle applying oil/ghee on both sides.
- Serve hot with curd etc.
Note:- You can also mix kuttu and singhaara atta equally as well.
