- Kuttu Flour 100 gm
- Chestnut Flour 100 gm
- White butter 100 gm
- Potatoes (boiled and mashed) 100 gm
- Turnip (Peel and grated) 50 gm
- Groundnuts (roasted and crushed) 50 gm
- Soda bicarbonate 2 pinch
- Sendha Salt to taste
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Knead well to obtain smooth dough.
- Roll on the smooth platform 3/4″ thick.
- Cut 3/4″ by 4″ long in size fingers.
- Place on a baking tray and bake in preheated oven till done or deep fry till golden brown.
Serve hot !
