Ingredients
- Potato 1kg
- Ghee 1/2 kg
- Sugar 1/4 kg
- Saffron (kesar) 2 pinches soaked in some water
- Cardamom Powder
- Roasted Dry Fruits
Method
- Peel and grate potatoes thickly.
- Leave in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Drain in a sieve.
- Heat ghee in a kadai. Add potatoes, sugar, kesar, cardamom powder.
- Stir slowly and cook till water evaporates.
- Add dry fruits.
